Upgrade

Your Tuxedo MasterCard® / Maestro® Prepaid Card has a £1,650 cumulative annual balance, which means that you can’t spend or load more than that sum in any 12 month period.

To increase your card limit and increase the amount of load options available you can upgrade to a £3,000 limit card for free! To upgrade you need to send us a copy of photo ID in your name and a proof of address - click here for a list of document we accept.

If you need more information or have any questions, log-in online, choose the 'Card Limit Upgrade'  tab and click 'Request Upgrade' - we will send you an email with all the details.
